Mazlan Noor Along, born 1955 was a former staff of the Dewan Bahasa and Pustaka (The government body responsible for coodinating the use of the Malay language and literature) for 42 years. His journey in arts and poetry travelled with him until his retirement where he is now a full-time painter.
